Most A/C And Heating systems need to be serviced a least once a year. Beach rentals, commerical, and large family homes are recommended to have systems serviced more than once a year. Our Service contract is  only $20.00 per year, per property address. You may have your systems serviced more than once a year if needed.

Our technician will clean the inside evaporator coil. He will flush drain pan and drain lines. He will inspect blower motor and inspect all electrical connections. Our technician will check your heating elements and thermostat calibrations.

Our Technician will check, level, and clear coils on outside condensing unit,  he will inspect electrical connections and check  amp draw on compressor and outdoor system components.

When the inside system and the outside system are both clean our EPA certified technician will adjust refrigerant levels.

Our duct work is metal trunk lines with flexable connectors! You may want to clean it in the future! We use anti-microbile boots, anti-microbile supply and  the return pleniums. Our new construction will usually include bath ventliation. Dryer ventilation will also be included as long as booster fans are not needed. All other ventliation will be on a seperate bid.

Take your conditioned square feet example 2000SQ. FT.

Divide it by 500 square feet for each ton of air needed.

Take  4 tons times it by $2000.00 dollar per ton.

$8000.00 will be the total cost of your job. 

Air duct cleaning for contract customers is $30.00 supply and return.

Air duct cleaning for None Contract customers the charge will be $40.00 per supply and return.

Air duct santizing for Contract customers,

$180.00

Air Duct santizing for Non contract customers $200.00

Dryer vent cleaning $69.00 per hour

or $80.00 per hour for non ontrct customers.

 Annual cost for service contract $20.00
